There are two vacancies for councillors at present.
The parish council is a secular and politically unaffiliated body and members may be co-opted or elected for a period of four years.
A person is qualified to be elected and to be a councillor if they are a British, Commonwealth, European Union
or Irish citizen and on the relevant day (that is, the day of nomination or election) they are 18 or over. More.
